Terms of Use
Nursing Vidyarthi · nursingvidyarthi.com
1. About these Terms
1.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website at nursingvidyarthi.com and the learning platform at study.nursingvidyarthi.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Meenakshi Sharma, a sole proprietor trading as Nursing Vidyarthi (GSTIN 08JSVPS0267P1ZE), having its registered office at 1, Govindpura, Gokul Nagar, Kalwar Road, Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302012 ("Nursing Vidyarthi", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 By creating an account, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.3 This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not require a physical or digital signature.
2. Who can use the Service
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. By using the Service you confirm that you are.
2.2 If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the associated personal data, except what we must keep by law.
2.3 You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or terminated your account, unless we agree in writing.
3. Your account
3.1 You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). You must give us a mobile number that belongs to you and accurate details about yourself.
3.2 An account is for one person. You must not share your account, your OTPs or your access with anyone, or let others use it. Your skill profile and recommendations are built from your own activity; shared use makes them meaningless and is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 To protect accounts, we may limit how many devices an account can be used on and how many can be signed in at the same time, and may ask you to confirm when you sign in on a new device. We will tell you in the app before introducing or changing such limits.
3.4 You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@nursingvidyarthi.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. The Service
4.1 Nursing Vidyarthi provides online exam preparation for nursing-officer examinations, including practice questions, diagnostic and mock tests, explanations, performance analytics, personalised recommendations and, where available, a moderated community.
4.2 Free and paid access. Some features are free, within the limits shown on our Pricing page and in the app. Other features require a paid plan ("Premium"). Limits and features of each plan are described at the time of purchase.
4.3 We continually improve the Service. We may add, change or remove features, questions or tests. If we materially reduce the features of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for, we will tell you and, if you ask within 30 days, give you a pro-rata refund for the unused period.
4.4 Personalisation. The Service uses your answers, time taken, skips and flags to estimate your strengths and weaknesses and to choose questions and recommendations for you. These are automated estimates to guide your study; they are not a prediction or guarantee of your exam result.
5. Payments and subscriptions
5.1 Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or exclude GST as stated at checkout.
5.2 Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
5.3 A plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the period stated at purchase. If a plan renews automatically, this is shown clearly before you pay, and you can turn auto-renewal off at any time in Account → Subscription; it then ends at the end of the current period.
5.4 Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.5 We may change prices for future periods. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
5.6 Promotional offers and coupons are subject to the terms shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time before they are applied.
6. Acceptable use
— you agree not to:
(a) copy, download in bulk, scrape, record, photograph, reproduce, publish, sell or distribute questions, explanations, tests or other content from the Service, including in PDFs, apps, websites, social-media channels or groups;
(b) use bots, scripts or automated tools to access the Service, or interfere with its security, rate limits or normal operation;
(c) attempt to access another person's account or data, or any non-public part of the Service;
(d) reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or the question bank;
(e) use the Service to cheat in, or help others cheat in, any examination;
(f) post or upload anything that breaks our Community Guidelines or the law, including content listed in Rule 3(1)(b) of the IT Rules, 2021;
(g) impersonate anyone, or give false information;
(h) resell or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written agreement.
7. Our content and intellectual property
7.1 The Service, including its questions, explanations, tests, software, design, logos and the "Nursing Vidyarthi" name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law.
7.2 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation, in line with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
7.3 Questions on the Service are original works written for exam preparation. They are not official questions of any examination, and we do not claim they are.
8. Content you post
8.1 You own what you post in the community, flags you submit, and messages you send us ("Your Content").
8.2 You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, to correct formatting) and publish Your Content within the Service, for as long as it remains on the Service and for a reasonable time afterwards in backups, and to use flags and feedback to improve our questions.
8.3 You confirm that Your Content is your own or that you have the right to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.
8.4 Moderation. Community posts and images are reviewed before they are published. We may use automated tools to help prioritise review; a person makes the decision. We may refuse, edit for safety (for example, removing contact details), hide or remove any content, and restrict community access, in line with our Community Guidelines and the law.
9. Exam information
We try to keep information about examinations accurate and current, but exam bodies change their eligibility, patterns, syllabi and dates. Always rely on the official notification and website of the exam body. We are not affiliated with AIIMS, the Indian Nursing Council, any State Nursing Council, or any examination or government body.
10. Not medical advice
Content on the Service is for exam preparation and education only. It is not medical advice, and must not be used to diagnose or treat any patient. Follow the protocols of your institution and qualified medical supervision in clinical practice.
11. No guarantee of results
We work hard to help you prepare, but your result depends on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee any score, rank, selection, posting or job.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. Where planned maintenance would affect a scheduled event, we will try to give notice. Your answers are saved as you go.
13. Suspension and termination
13.1 You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).
13.2 We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict features, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect students, the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond. If we terminate a paid plan without your breach, we will refund the unused part of the period.
13.3 If your account is terminated for a serious breach (for example, account sharing at scale, scraping or distributing our content), no refund is due for the remaining period.
14. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
15. Limitation of liability
15.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, results or data arising from your use of the Service.
15.2 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1000 if you have not paid us.
15.3 Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud.
16. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or of anyone's rights through the Service.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by SMS/email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not, you may stop using the Service and, for a paid plan, ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
18. Governing law and disputes
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
18.2 Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days through our Grievance Redressal process, it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, without affecting your right as a consumer to approach a Consumer Commission or the National Consumer Helpline.
19. Grievances and contact

20. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business with notice to you. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
